Conversation between Scissors, Paper and Stone

Scissors, Paper, and Stone were three best friends who lived with a kind old man. The old man often took them on trips up the mountain to pick wild fruits, but when it was time to go back, he would leave them to find their own way home.

One day, after gathering fruit, the old man did it again. He went down the mountain without them, leaving Scissors, Paper, and Stone to figure out how to get home by themselves. The three friends were puzzled and a bit worried. Why did the old man keep leaving them behind? They wanted to go home too!

Stone, who was sturdy and tough, spoke up first. “I can roll down the mountain quickly,” he said.

Paper, always flexible and adaptable, added, “I can wrap around you, Stone, to make sure you roll smoothly.”

Scissors, sharp and resourceful, chimed in, “And I can cut through anything that gets in our way to keep our path clear.”

They had good ideas, but none of them could make it down the mountain alone. They needed a plan to work together.

Scissors came up with a clever idea. “Why don’t we combine our strengths?” he suggested. Stone and Paper agreed that it was worth a try. Scissors cut a strip of Paper and wrapped it securely around Stone, creating a smooth surface for him to roll on. Then, Scissors carefully attached itself to the Paper.

With everything set, Stone, Paper, and Scissors began their journey down the mountain. Stone rolled along, carrying Paper and Scissors with him. When they came across obstacles, Scissors would cut through them, clearing the way for a smoother ride. It wasn’t always easy, but together, they made steady progress.

In no time, Scissors, Paper, and Stone reached the bottom of the mountain and returned home safely. The old man was delighted to see them. He praised them, saying, “You are so smart! You understand the power of teamwork! When we work together, we can overcome any challenge and reach our goals.”

The old man was right. Scissors, Paper, and Stone had shown that teamwork makes everything easier. Each friend used their unique abilities to help the group succeed. It was a valuable lesson that applies to all of us: when we work as a team, we can accomplish more than we can on our own.
