If you are under 18 years old and wish to engage in our life coaching services, you must have obtained consent from your parents or legal guardians. By accessing and using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent from your parents or legal guardians to enter into this agreement.
b. Services: Yunnie provides life coaching services to individuals online, via video conferencing, email, or other digital means. Our services are designed to offer guidance, support, and advice to help you achieve personal and professional growth. The life coaching relationship is strictly professional and does not constitute a therapeutic or medical relationship.
c. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will treat all communication and personal information exchanged during the coaching process with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
d. In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, both Yunnie and the client agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation in accordance with the mediation rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or any other mutually agreed-upon mediation service in Singapore.
2. Online Services
a. Internet Connection: To access our online life coaching services, you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary internet connection and equipment. Yunnie is not responsible for any issues related to your internet connection or equipment.
b. Communication: All communication, including video sessions, emails, and other digital interactions, will be conducted using secure and confidential platforms. You agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of all communication and not to disclose any confidential information to third parties.
3. Payment and Fees
a. Payment: Fees for our life coaching services will be clearly stated on our website. You agree to pay the specified fees in advance before the commencement of the coaching services.
b. Refunds: Refunds for unused sessions may be provided at the sole discretion of Yunnie, subject to our Refund Policy.
c. Currency: All fees and payments are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.
4. Intellectual Property
a. All content and materials provided by Yunnie, including but not limited to videos, articles, worksheets, and resources, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of Yunnie. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of the materials without prior written consent from Yunnie.

a. Yunnie reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or inappropriate behavior.

a. You understand and acknowledge that life coaching is not a guarantee of specific outcomes or results. Yunnie will provide guidance and support, but it is your responsibility to take action and implement the recommendations provided during the coaching process.
b. In no event shall Yunnie be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to our services.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
