Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Yunnie Life Coaching, we deeply value your time and ours. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. This policy is designed to ensure the most efficient use of time and to provide the best possible service to all our clients.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

  1. Notice Period: To reschedule or cancel your appointment without any charges, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time.

  2. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show," and the full appointment fee will be forfeited.

  3. Late Arrivals: Please be punctual for your appointments. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients scheduled afterward.

Why This Policy?

We enforce this policy not only to honour your time and commitment but also to ensure that we can offer our services to as many clients as possible. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows not only impact you but also affect others seeking our guidance.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise. If you encounter such a situation, please reach out to us, and we will consider the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
